The Swan is a hotel in the “Deluxe Resort” category. Starwood Preferred Guests can earn points inquire at check-in. Also, though purchases and dining expenses at both the Swan and the Dolphin can be charged to your prearranged account, these charging privileges don’t extend beyond the Swan and Dolphin. However, unlike other Disney resorts, there is no access to the Magical Express, Resort Airline Check In or MagicBands. Disney theme park tickets can also be purchased at the Swan by Swan guests.

A stay at the Swan includes access to FastPass+ 60 days in advance, WDW transportation to all Disney attractions, free parking at the theme parks, guaranteed park admission, package delivery to your hotel from the parks, same day dining reservations, preferred tee times, access to theme park Extra Magic Hours, on-site character dining, and access to guest services. Guests at the Swan enjoy many of the same amenities as Disney-operated resort guests.
What are the advantages of staying at the Swan? The Yacht and Beach Clubs blend in beautifully and the theme fits perfectly with the three resorts around the lake. The Boardwalk Inn and Villas are a short walk away. There are other deluxe resorts nestled in the Crescent Lake area. The new rooms have a blend of whites, blues and grays as their color scheme. Every guest room was redesigned, offering guests a serene and sophisticated atmosphere, inspired by the resort’s water-themed architecture. On September 30, 2015, the Swan completed the largest makeover in its history. The resort was originally designed by Michael Graves. The two swans that you’ll see are 46 feet high and 56,000 pounds each. When you approach the hotel, look up on the roof. A 12-story main building and two 7-story wings hold the 758 guest rooms. The hotel itself is an impressive sight and can actually be seen from Epcot’s World Showcase.
